Lyle E. Frank

I have never seen a judge in New York render as many short form orders ("SFO's") on the submission date as this jurist. Additionally, if you email the part, Judge Frank will respond personally. I have never met this Judge, but his promptness and attention to his motion calendar is not something I have seen much in Supreme Court. I'd say an asset to the system.

Judge Frank is one of the nicest, fairest, most patient, and most hard-working judges I have ever encountered. I feel privileged to have appeared before His Honor.
