Heard her argue against against her mandatory duty (as a judge) under CCP that specifically require, not ask, to specify each parties specific interest in a partition and quiet title judgment. She refused to do so. She must be removed from the bench. Until then, under no circumstances should you allow your client to be subject to her lack of judicial incompetency.

This judge doesn't know her files or cases. She makes rulings that go against undisputed evidence. Most disturbingly, she relies heavily on her law and motion clerk to decide the issues. He's the bald guy sitting in the juror box when challenges to her orders are made. He signals to her to deny, meaning to confirm "his" tentative ruling. Parties appearing via phone/video have no knowledge of his presence. The signals via facial expressions and head nods are unbelievable. Worst, his laughter, which she partakes, shows their disdain over the parties appearing before them. Got to see it first hand over a year of court room attendance. 170.6 should be used for any party assigned to her department. You and your client will regret it.
