[Redacted by Ed.] She gave my kids to my ex even though my ex put my kids into the hospital multiple times. [Redacted by Ed.] She will rake someone over the coals, and the opposing side will then contribute to all the political campaigns of the people that appointed her. She doesn't care about kids. I think she hates them. She acts like a little child on the stand herself. [Redacted by Ed.] She thinks of herself as more important than she is. She also flat out lies and exaggerates and will make up "facts' out of thin air when it suits her. She does not follow the law at all. Also, she is one of those judges that when one side has badmouthed the other enough, she will give everything to that one side. She likes drama and conflict. Be very careful. If you get her as a judge, work everything out you can. If you can't and can't get on this judge's good side, cut and run immediately. Move to another county and file for a modification there to get kids if custody is what you're fighting for. I was able to do that. It just shows how [Redacted by Ed.] and unfeeling she is for the safety and security of children. Anyone appointing her as a judge should have their head examined. If she thinks she can get ahead by stepping someone, she will. [Redacted by Ed.] Also, she will give parity to parties in order to prolong conflict. She will keep this going until the money dries up and one party has to fold and sign away their rights.

She allowed a father (who abused the children and strangled his ex wife) to have full custody of the children because the mother talked back to Judge McGuire. McGuire has no business being a judge.

I am a father of 6 kids.I had a couple of relationships were the other person is either incarcerated for murder.The other is just not responsible enough to take care of a pet let alone a children.I work 2 full time jobs.I don't claim to have it all together but this judge really does what is best for the kids. She has expectations so should every one else this world needs more women like this as leaders.A true professional in her work. I am a very happy and great full father to have received this judge.

Absolutely worst judge in Oklahoma county. Uses her personal views over the law. She took my children from me and handed them to and alcoholic/abuser with OSCN records to show. I now get supervised visitation with my children at $40.00/HR 2 x’s a week. And I have ZERO charges. Because I am a medical marijuana card holder. Explain this to me? Also now my ex husband has a card. She is EVIL ??

“Judge” McGuire has no consideration for single mothers. She expects all petitioners to hire counsel; she is obviously unaware that all women cannot afford counsel. This judge DOES NOT CARE for the best interest of the children. She took a 4 year old boy from a healthy, happy home with everything he needed! Around family that loves him, going to the best school in his area, back to his mother who just lost her section 8 home 3 weeks before court. She was arrested 6 days before court. Shes been in and out of jail, on probation, violent and on drugs. The boys father (a black father) ended up with the boy because the mother abandoned him. The dad made changes in his life for his son to live with him, getting a better job and moving to a bigger place. He loves his son very much and was only out of his life because of the mother. He was living with the dad for 2 years, calling the step mom mommy,and this judge took him away from EVERYTHING good to his mother who has no home, no job other then selling drugs, and no car, no nothing with absolutely NO QUESTIONS ASKED. She didnt even let the father speak. That was 2 months ago and the father has been blocked and has had no contact with his son since. The father had temp sole custody and the mother was to get visitation. The father didnt ever get to do the visitation because the GAL and the mother wanted the father who has a job to drive an hour to the mother then an hour home just to accommadate her. The mother was not putting ANY effort in. He didnt think that was right so by the time court came he was going to explain that. The GAL recommened visitaion. The judge was rude from the start, didnt let the father speak and gave the boy back to the mother 100%. That boy hasnt been in school, hes sleeping at random peoples houses, was wearing the same clothes he was dropped off in at least for 3 days after she had him. Everyone in that courtroom INCLUDING the mother thought she would get visitation. She was given 100% custody. She wasnt even prepared to take care of him! And the father and step mom had to give him back 2 hours after court. So he literally was ripped away from his whole life

Have been trying to divorce my abusive husband for 22 months. First court date she just went with all the lies even though I had proof. I was getting unemployment and my husband wanted 3k a month for spousal support. She put a stay on both but continued that I have to pay the marital bills. For 22 months I have had to pay his bills while he hasn't paid a penny in support and he unlawfully claimed the child tax credit. This judge is horrible. She makes victims of abuse suffer even more while the abusers get off free. At least the court ordered therapist realized the extent of the abuse and my kids will never have to see him again. Would be nice if I got child support and could quit paying my abusers bills...but yay justice in Oklahoma is awesome.

This judge is very biased. She has sent children to their pedophile father, and prevented their protective mother from seeing them for over a year. There is a reason this judge's rating is so low. She needs to be removed from the bench. Her financial records need to be investigated for signs of bribery. At the very least she needs to be educated on recent research regarding coercive control, domestic violence, child abuse, false allegations of parental alienation, etc.
