After reading several of these comments I can see that I am not alone in my thoughts about this Judge!!! She pulled the same shenanigans in my case! Didn’t care about the safety of the child, changed rules was and procedure’s that weren’t even legal!!! Threatened that I would have to pay attorneys fees of I pushed the court matters further…. Pretty much handed my child over to a drug addict who continues till this day to do drugs!!! Nothing I can do more since I have no money to keep fighting!!!

In my matter of a Will contest, Judge Susan Sheppard refused to enforce court rules on answering depositions, she proactively quashed duely served subpoenas forbiding, for example, the 'unbiased' administrator of the estate from testifying, manipulated witness testimony (forcibly interjected her own answer to examination rather than permitting the witness to respond), blatantly falsified testimony, caused my admitted evidence to "disappear", lied about a change in beneficiaries from a previous will along with other instances of falsifying evidence, however,with this demonstration of another Will "before the court" after invalidating the most recent Will then refused to consider for probate two previous executed wills as demanded in the Show Cause in favor of intestacy, lied about firsthand expert witness testimony supported by "stipulated" affidavits of unbiased individuals which stated unequivocally that there was no undue influence between my mother and myself; rather than citing a more recent case went back to one from the 1940's, however if outlined would have showed this bullshit confidential relationship existed between my mother over me as I was living in her apartment not vice versa (i did not control her need for shelter), the joint bank accounts with her totaling $14,000 used to pay her bills were from my own funds (she controlled my finances) while my sister had at least one joint bank account with $125,000 in it. I could go on and on. Suffice it to say, this woman abused her power to destroy a sacred trust that a family legacy house should be demolished along with all its contents rather than be repaired and shared with the fifth generation to enjoy and then they themselves pass on. Since this time I am momanically filled with a deep, pervasive hatred for this woman. I HAVE NEVER SEEN A JUDGE ACT SO RECKLESS, RUDE AND UNLAWFUL (I WORKED FOR THE PROTHONATARY PHILADELPHIA COURT COMMON PLEAS for 10 years. I’m familiar with law/procedure. I am disabled now with irreversible spinal cord damage and was the MARK for an institutionalized (spent past 30years in BOP) THEN HE PROCEEDED TO SUCCESSFULLY HAVE THE JUDGE HELP HIM, TAKE ANOTHER $45,000 WHICH I DON’THAVE OR HAVE MEANS OF GETTING! WHAT KIND OF LAW WHERE ANYONE CAN SAY THEY OWN YOUR PROPERTY & WITHOUT1 PIECE OF PROOF, WALK AWAY WITH MORE FROM ME? I was violated by this monster,then again with help from the court? I COULD NOT WAIT UNTIL TRIAL. DAY OF TRIAL AFTER 3 FAILED MEDIATIONS JUDGE INSISTED ON ANOTHER MEDIATION.. MEETS WITH PLANTIFF WATTNY 15 MINS? MEETS WITH ME. WITH MY ATTNY AND SAYS $45,000 IS THE AGREEMENT I became physically ill & thought HOW? She looked into my eyes and i quote i would take the settlement IT IS THE BEST YOU’RE GOING TO DO I said I don’t have $45.00?? I’m unable to work!! She gave me 30 days if not paid,then i pay his attorney fees as well. Meanwhile, feeling violated by the same monster again. Of course i agree, she is the sitting judge? She told me THE BEST I’LL D0 (i wouldn’t have believed it, if it wasn’t happening to me) THISMAN NEVER WORKED A DAY IN HIS 63 YEARS & I’VE WORKED 70 HOURS WKLY, LITERALLY WORKED MYSELF TO THIS CRIPPLED BODY she also told me & my attorney it comes down to credibility…..I was not credible? This animal stole everything i worked my life for and more!! Now with the help of the court he is continuing I TOLD JUDGE HE WILL EVENTUALLY KILL ME, SHE WRITES STAY AWAY ORDER WHICH HE IMMEDIATELY VIOLATES 4X’S WITH NO REPERCUSSION BUT IF I DON’T PAY ON TIME I HAVE TO PAY ATTNY FEES???? I WAS IN SHOCK - LAST HEARING NEITHER PLAINTIFF OR ATTN. APPEARED ‘DEFAULT’ SHE (JUDGE)TRIED TO PHONE THEM,THEN DID NOT WANTTO HEAR. ABOUT HER. ORDER WHICH. HE BROKE????? PLEASE SOMEONE. This judge is incompetent and totally ignores the facts. Case law was clearly submitted and she refused to review the info. She ordered evaluations from therapists and refused to read reports. She had numerous private conversations with attorneys but excluded parties in the case. She refused to follow proper rules or court.

This Judge seems completely incompetent. She has ZERO Knowledge of of laws and procedures, Sides with the KNOWN ABUSER, and punished the victims if god forbid they show any emotion. She punished me & my daughter simply because we followed HER previous order, then got mad when I shed a tear. She refused to look at the evidence provided, and each time we appeared in front of her, seemed to have no knowledge of the case or her own previous orders. She ordered evaluations from therapists, but won't take the reports seriously, and just keeps ordering more therapist, meanwhile, draining my money to keep my lawyer, and allowing our abuser to continue to abuse us. This woman should NOT be sitting behind the bench. Someone should take her license. the worst kind of judge, and not a representative for abused women and children, in a system that is supposed to protect us.
