I had this judge and family court AND SHE RUINED BOTH ME AND MY SON'S LIVES! She didn't want to listen to reason or fact (just because I was a single mom due to this situation) and thi opposite side had THREE (YES THREE) fancy lawyers. All I was asking for was a neutral test in a neutral location because I'VE ALWAYS KNOWN THAT THIS MAN WAS MY SON'S BIO FATHER and she verbatim said "I will not inconvenience this man to get another test since he took one and science doesn't lie" WELL PEOPLE LIE AND ESPECIALLY MINIMUM WAGE LABCORP WORKERS THAT COULD BE INFLUENCED! I've never received a penny in help and my son has never met his Dad or vice versa. He also became a ghost after this and it has taken a toll on us mentally, emotionally and financially. I had workers look into it that said it was strange they couldn't access his file. [Redacted by Ed.] SOMWRHING NEEDS TO BE DONE! PLEASE HELP! 12 YEARA LATER STILL NOTHING as I keep fighting!!!

Beware this judge. Whether this type of corruption/bias is typical in the Bergen County court or not, judge Francois takes advantage of the thick walls of her courtroom and does as she pleases. When there are no witnesses, trials, or a single adjournment in four years allowed, the judge becomes the absolute ruler. Laws die at her door. She exchanges looks and even laughs with her prosecuting team and they work together at the expense of the children and the parents they work to break up, simply to further their agenda and many hustles. If not for karma, ironically enough, she might escape justice. Not sure how much control a litigant has in getting a judge that is at least dutiful, but try your hand at another one if your luck should be so bad. Her criminality might ruin your health, future, family.

She simply picked a side and was not willing to hear the other side; she did NOT process a word despite the few words I said. She come across as a feminist.

I had a very strange experience with this judge, while she was covering for Judge Jane Gallina-Mecca (JGM). Actually, whenever there is a covering judge, which happened three times, they appear with a written script that is so unmistakably JGM, it is not even funny (sometimes they even misspeak in ways that obviously give away that they do not even understand what they are reading, let alone agree with it). So, she shouted me down from the beginning, saying, "You were denied access to your transcripts before. What has changed?" I said, "I have counsel now, and JGM told me my counsel can have access." She simply could not adjust, and only continued to repeat her shouting me down with the same (now inapplicable) argument. And when I told her, "You have incorrect information," she immediately shut down the recording and disappeared without closing the session! I have never seen anything like it -- it was as if she was so busy running off not to get her error on the record, that she didn't even have time to close!

This judge did not understand the concept of the "automatic stay." Despite having been advised of a litigant's bankruptcy filing, her chambers was hell bent on conducting a proceeding against a bankruptcy debtor. I had to get the chief bankruptcy judge of the district and the presiding family judge to "educate" her on the automatic stay. I realize these judges are politically appointed but they should have a minimum understanding of basic concepts such as the "automatic stay."

Imagine … having 50/50 custody and proving other parent is preventing access and has for years, and having this Judge do absolutely nothing but only state on the record that other parent needs to co-parent. Completely useless. This judge is the reason I have not seen my child is 6 years. Stay away from this beast.

Should be removed. Nasty, biased and moronic. I guess they dig deep to the bottom of the barrel for this one. Avoid at all costs.

Biased towards women and favors who ever is paying the most money.

Judge Francois is completely biased. She verbally threatened me on the record to report me to child protection services purely from baseless accusations that my estranged ex husband was making. (I have sole custody) Plus my estranged ex husband fled the state to avoid child support, had an active felony arrest warrant, and is abusive emotionally, psychologically, and financially. He filed a Motion to immediately remove our daughter from me (when he lives out of state and has only seen her twice in the past decade) plus his attorney stated on the record he only did this to THREATEN ME, Judge Francois did nothing! She allowed this abuse to continue and victim shamed me. She is on a power trip and should be disrobed immediately.
