1706. ASAP!!!!! All this judge cares about is making sure that his trial case loads goes forward without any regard for the law. If you have a trial he will NOT CONTINUE it. He deosn't care if your house burned down, your expert is unavailable. Only care about court schedule. Secondly, he doesn't understand the trial Court cannot reverse a judgment after it was denied by the Appellate Court.
