This judge has disappointed me to the core.
This judge has disappointed me to the core. I have lost faith in her qualifications and capacity to be that even handed judge who can command respect and admiration. She can take 6 months plus to decide a simple motion. Looks like she does not feel any accountability towards anyone including the litigants. After sitting on a decision for an extraordinary amount of time, she can still render a horrible decision. Unfortunately, she is biased as well. Color of a litigant's skin does matter to her. She can ignore sloppy work but will spend time to find fault with the other side. She will spend time to find support for her predetermined biased decision. I keep wondering how and why this kind of performance gets ignored. Everything gets recorded and it is easy to hold a judge like her accountable. I would not point to her father as she needs to be responsible in her own name and standing, or lack of it. cannot respect this judge until she fixes her flaws and acts like a diligent, unbiased and neutral judge. She has that air of superiority about herself when she got no foundation to sustain it. Unfortunate for the taxpayers of State of NJ.
