She is not fit to sit on the bench. In addition to being lazy and stupid and nasty, she displays extreme bias and I can say that her abuse is far worse than any abuse I suffered at the hands of my ex.

Evil woman. My X filed 9 child abuse allegations against me, all unfounded. She suspended my parenting time after the first allegation. It's been 10 yrs. I never got my children back. I pay child support to my X husband for children who I have not seen or spoken to in 10yrs.

She has no regard of anyones time and takes personal phone calls during the meeting. She appeard at the trial with No knowledge of what the case was as she didn't review the paperwork beforehand. She was late and then took a 15 minute break. She should not be assinged to any case.

Retired attorney. Following some of her cases/rulings. Unprepared. BIASED. Rulings are mind boggling and not based on facts. Why is she on the bench at all? Not certified in anything.

This judge is not very bright. She compensates for that by being abrupt and a bit of a bully. She cannot actually think through a problem. She can't remember from one court date to the next what she decided. She seems ill-prepared at hearings.

Insane how this woman is able to take an oath to handle matters judiciously. Worst possible rating. One week into litigation and she violated the Constitution and kidnapped my children’s I’m filing criminal charges and seeking an indictment from the Grand Jury.

Marcella Matos Wilson is one of the most vile human beings I’ve ever had the displeasure of being exposed to. She watched as my partner was bankrupted and abused by an expert manipulator with money. She is lazy, disorganized and will often times not remember what you’re even talking about. Ask one of these loser Essex judges about their “work load” of 500+ cases! I don’t remember that being something a tax paying citizen should ever have to worry about. [Redacted by Ed.] Be wary. If you have the opportunity, move from your county and request a venue change BEFORE YOUR PLENARY HEARING (a convenient detail they leave out until it’s too late!). i would rate this judge as a fair judge. she is the first judge in the 6 judges assigned to my divorce, that is actually unbiased by the fact that my ex is of counselat a mega global firm. she actually realizes what a piece of work he is and doesn't buy into his bs.

[Redacted] I think I know more about the law than she does. As all other litigants stated, she is often unprepared and does not read the material that the litigants have prepared for the court case. Definitely biased against women! So biased. Been in front of her several times and her eyes just seethe jealousy! Sorry that you are stuck in this job, or rather we are stuck with you but if you hate it so much, retire! If you get assigned to her court, do everything and anything to get out!!

In my opinion, Judge Marcella Useless Wilson is an example of the judiciary gone awry. She is likely responsible, in large part, for the horrible reputation of NJ courts in general and Essex county in particular. She hides her obvious lack of intellect and knowledge of the law behind ego and her constant lamentations about being overworked. Does she really not realize that her workload is no different than that of her colleagues - and that the difference...the reason she cannot keep up as well as they is that she is an abject moron? I wonder. Her pandering to larger law firm where she hopes to hang her post-retirement-mediation-shingle is blatant. So beware. Can someone please bring Judge Harris out of retirement? Please.

She has been my judge for the past few years and she is terrible with time, decision making, and lazy. She refused to read our documents and always takes the easiest way out. She really does not care one way or other.
