Unlawful. Nonchalant. Unreasonable. Has no care for true justice. Handed out my child to a habitual felony offender, abuser. My child’s life and my life can be at risk at any moment. She has no knowledge as a judge and needs to be removed from the bench immediately before innocent people get hurt.

Real classy. Fired her JA via text as she was about to return from maternity leave.

Del Rey is the worse judge ever, making a ruling that is clearly unreasonable, erroneous, or arbitrary and not justified by the facts. She doesn't prepare her orders, and will sign anything her favored party presents, even without bases. If she is your judge, make sure you have a court report because you will need it to appeal the orders she signs.

Judge Marcia Del Rey is the opposite of what a good judge should be. She is an intellectual lightweight. During my hearing, she did not ask one question. She was much more concerned about moving the case out in under 15 minutes than learning about the facts and coming up with a fair, impartial, and knowledgeable verdict. Luckily it didn't matter because she was overturned on appeal, but what a waste of time and a sad display of judicial incompetence. I feel sorry for any parties who have to go in front of her.

Rude, and those not pay attention to what’s the real problem I lost my girls because of her just because she favored my ex partner , and that’s not right his an abuse man and every time he gets in a fight with the man they call me to get the girls he lied multiple time at court and I wanted to speak and she didn’t let me totally rude on top of all that she was an hour late she spoke to me rudely when I had evidence of everything he was laying. About totally unprofessional.. I have my own place and I am a site manager and he gets to keep my girls a man that doesn’t even take care of them it’s his mother I know she treated me like that because I didn’t have a lawyer . But next time I’ll be going with my lawyer, she shouldn’t be a lawyer if she’s going to take favoritism when she doesn’t even know what going in that household .worst judge ever

Totally disappointing. She does not have the vocation for a judge and is there only for “celebrity” reasons. Does not take the responsibility to be a judge. Avoids to work . Recuses herself from complex cases and decisions. Please somebody run against her!!!!

Totally incompetent and entirely unqualified. This comment is as to the Judge's temperament in the Family Division. Hardly utters a word at hearings, including important hearings. Does not read anything and has no clue as to what is before her. Always agrees with the party she ends up ruling for and favors. Lets her favored party prepare the order without any guidance. It's anything goes as for the contents of the order. Nearly impossible to schedule a hearing if you are not the favored party. Does not like men. The other comments about this Judge are spot on. It does seem when you recuse another judge the case ends up before this judge. Like the other comment said she is vengeful.

Several hearings show a pattern of targeting the involved parent or the concerned parent that raises concern. Take a look at the case of when she was running against Judge Jason Block and what was exposed. How does a family court judge whose family runs sex hotels in miami connected with trafficking and prostitution get elected to decide the best interest of a child? Where are the morals?

Nasty woman who literally was sleeping during the trial and took my parental rights away. She knows nothing about law. Her rich daddy bought her a seat on the bench since she could not actually work as a lawyer. She is just too stupid. If you get stuck with her as your judge, give your ex whatever she wants to get out of the case, you will lose anyway. She hates men. The only thing she cares about is her tan
