Judge Maras is not a deep thinker, cannot understand even a minutely complex legal theory, and seeks to avoid work, especially considering motions. She displays a willingness to violate parties substantive and procedural due process rights, she does not enforce court rules, she does not find the violation of court rules even slightly troubling (even when done to deceive), and she very often blames the party pointing out the deception rather than the culprit. In short, she does not have the appropriate level of scholarship, understanding, diligence or respect for due process required of a judge.
