When a judge can take people’s children from loving and caring parents based on false allegations alone it is time someone speaks up. The amount of parents that are in the waiting area of Pulaski County Ky family court is disturbing. An investigation needs to be done and someone needs to get to the bottom of this. Many constitutional rights are being violated. I have been looking into this since walking into that waiting area and being shocked at what I was seeing. In seeking information I have been made aware that this is going on all over the country. When a case worker states in court that all allegations are unsubstantiated and that there’s no evidence of said allegations and a judge still refuses to return the child to the parents then it is time that people start speaking up about what is really going on in family court.
