This Judge pushes gender reform and prosecuted a parent for allowing her child to dress according to her gender given at birth. Daly was demeaning and disrespectful with a clear bias. This was not a just hearing. Over 50 complaints were submitted after watching a single hearing regarding Judge Daly. The protective parent was reprimanded after the abusing parent had a CPS report that came is advising Judge daly the child was hit 15-20 times open and closed fist. This judge was removed from the case and "Promoted" by Gov Walz to a "Super Judge" to serve all of MN. This Woman is not right in the head and does not serve the people of MN. ALL Documents containing this case are readily available. This Judge NEEDS to be disbarred. We the people WILL Bring this to light. There were previous rating given that have since been removed.
