Margaret Fujioka

[Redacted by Ed.] absolutely hostile to women and in pro per litigants. Endless delays and loses filings or just drops them from the docket. Also blatantly manipulated the court docket to avoid having to answer to a motion to disqualify, then put herself back on the same case. Illegal.

Unable to manage calendar. Not a good decision maker.

I have unfortunately through an ex spouse been dragged through the family court system for 15 years. I have found Judge Fujioka to be the best judge even when on one matter she did not favor my request for the Respondent to be listed as a vexatious litigant which this party has absolutely been over 15 years. She made the process of dealing with him easier than any other judge in the past. I am glad to see that the judges in the Family court have really stepped up over the years to a higher quality.
