Margaret Labianca

Based upon the reviews below, I see that my children were not the only victims of Dewain Fox or this judge Labianca. To this day, my children are suffering because of La Bianca’s complete ignorance and lack of knowledge about basic child development and the consequences of physical and mental abuse on children. She was presented with prima facia good evidence and she chose to ignore it and she ruled in favor of the other party who had a flimsy but charming presentation of pure lies. This judge is a good example of someone in a position of power who abuses it. At some point my children will be adults and I hope when it is safe to do so they will take legal action against her for the crimes against them that she allowed. she inflicted harm to children from the bench. This judge had the opportunity to put the welfare of children first and she chose not to. It was hard to tell whether she was charmed by my manipulative ex because of his goodlooks and the fact that she is a dowdy middle aged woman or because she is plain stupid and ignorant of basic common sense. Either way she ruled for the party who’s only defense was to present photos of himself with children at Christmas and parties when he was giving them gifts and use that as evidence that he has this great relationship with his children when, in fact, they are all scared of him and have been abused and emotionally by him. I thought children are our future, I thought the best interest of children are supposed to be preserved in the Family Court, Arena. Somehow this woman came to the bench and she has caused significant harm to children in Maricopa county. [Redacted by Ed.].

Terrible judge. She was assigned to family court where she made decisions that will hurt my child forever. She does not understand how to calculate basic income. She literally said there was no income discrepancy between a bottom level employee and an upper level supervisor when calculating child support in a custody dispute wherein my ex the high ranking supervisor made triple the income I make. She also gave the higher earning parent the child tax deduction in an inequitable manner. She did nothing to protect my children and instead made sure their abuser had more parenting time with them and she failed to heed therapeutic and DCS concerns about the parent. A few years later and the same abusive parent had committed assault domestic violence against his children multiple times. This woman needs to be removed from the bench. I would not wish her to have power over an proceeding. She is incompetent

[Redacted by Ed.] It was a fixed trial before I ever entered the courtroom. She knew I didn't deserve what the absolute liar Dewain Fox did to my children and myself. A ruined household wasn't enough for this woman she sold out my children either for a friendship or what have you but it was NOT the best interest of my children. All she did was refer back years prior to the Dishonorable Dewain Fox's lies and lack of common sense. I hope she won favors or helped do whatever it is [redacted] She is as bad as the original liar yet at least he had the decency to make up some good ones. She just referred back to a years' old decision as evidence of what I don't know. These people are sick and have no regard for us normal humans. [redacted] At least I still have a First Amnendment right to tell you that this judge [redacted] and when a lawyer told me she was the worst of the worst and totally not a decent kind person in any way but was evil and would do me wrong one hundred percent adn there was nothing I could do. But did she have to enrichen her children at the cost of my children's childhood? My children were abused but she tells me sorry he's too old *I have three other children suffering the same treatment. My son was punched by my ex wife and I had recorded them all telling the story. Suddenly recording children was a no no! No you bad horrible father, even though we took your children away with recordings we made of you, suddenly recordings are naughty business! We cannot apply the same rules to both sides why that would be decent of us. No don't expect decency from Margaret. She will sell you and your kids out if it benefits her and from what that attorney said she never does the right thing period. Boy I wish there was a lower rating for such an awful judge.
