I must agree this Judge should not be on the bench. It is clear she does not read her own tentative rulings and allows arguments after the fact not contained in any motion. She then takes arguments that were not at all mentioned in any moving papers and allows spontaneous argument. She takes days to make a decision, and when you read her ruling...it is obvious, she didn't read documents completely and did not research the case law cited, usually to the harder working attorney's detriment.
