Allowed evidence into a case because she was offended by so called racial slurs even though she knew the evidence to had been previously edited and important information withheld from evidence failed to disclose the fact that she was definitely offended by such language and that she had immediate family members that would definitely be offended by said word Judge Steinbeck has 2 biracial grandchildren which proves she would definitely be biased towards someone using such slurs rather than recuse herself from the case she hid that fact and continued to take interest in the case even coming back from being sick from having covid early just so noone else got this case. Not disclosing the fact that she had family members of a different race and that she doesn't agree with someone's freedom of speech in that regard or would most definitely be offended by such and not recusing herself is actually against the judicial canons it is also a violation of the 4th ammendment the right to due process as many of yall know Ms Steinbeck has been on the news complaining about the high case load in lee county florida at which also she has used her position to coherse people wanting to have a fair trial into taking pleas to say ms Steinbeck could ever be impartial would be a lie and that's a fact I mean when you are allowing at least 2 prosecutors in front of you that are your former co judges sons should that even be allowed I mean come on that's almost the same as working in the same lawfirm as their parents if anyone knows what to do about this please act on it #stopthecurroptpartialjudges
