If the stars can be in the negative I would give her a negative five. She does not go by caselaw and facts.

So thankful for judge Deglau!! She granted me 50/50 custody even when the mother did everything in her power to keep my daughter from me

Most of the prior comments about this judge are spot on. [Redacted by Ed.] Daglau seems to have a personal vendetta against certain litigants and attorneys alike. She completely ignores verified facts, evidence, and the rule of Law if it favors a parent she has decided to dislike, while using known perjured statements to punish innocent litigants of the same. She tries to go above and beyond her station as a JDR judge, who's only role is to rule in the best interest of the child, to out-right punish litigants and attorneys she does not like, in attempts to destroy their livelihood and reputation. As was stated before, she only remains on the bench because of her political affiliations [Redacted by Ed.] Calling her a judicial tyrant and a threat/danger to the well-being of children is an understatement. She is awful.

[redacted by Ed.] It's hard to believe that she is not removed. deglau has unjustly ruined the lives of so many children by knowingly placing them with the abusing parent, while attacking and harming the victim. her and psychologist michelle nelson knowingly falsified court documents on behalf of my abuser who's family paid them over $10,000 and covered up the fact that my child's father tried to kill me! she hates women and I've met multiple other women with similar and worse stories of this same corrupt, disgusting judge. I feel sorry for anyone who falls into her hands!

Very biased and emotion based. Ignores law and doesn’t take in evidence while making assumptions about people that are mostly incorrect. Disrespectful. Unprofessional and needs to be removed unless she can turn her attitude around and become professional and judge based on law and evidence and not hearsay.

Opinion based and regularly disputes irrefutable facts with emotion and rage. Takes a cursory view of complex situations, oversimplifies them and goes off the deep end contriving sequences of events as if she is a psychic. Very confident in her deductive reasoning which is far from reality. I have been informed by the local sheriff's office and multiple local attorneys that she is considered "rubber stamp guilty" and is just going to go along with whatever the prosecution says. In other words as stated above, quite the judicial tyrant.

Quite the judicial tyrant, and a zero (0) would, therefore, be more fitting.

The worst she is racist and needs to be sat down she talk down on people because of mental health she so unfair and abuse her attorney
