Maria Elena Verde

She is the worst judge for her position. She should not be in charge of vulnerable recovering addicts. She has no sympathy and has a power trip.

It is truly frightening that Judge Verde sits on the bench. She is terribly biased against men. Despite our financial affidavits clearly stating a massive advantage toward my ex-wife, I was a stay-at-home husband, she declined temporary relief on several requests. Despite a couple of FALSE Domestic Violence charges against me, she continuously sided with my ex-wife. At one point, she commented "Oh we are both dance moms". The ONLY time she was not as rude was when my first attorney had a court reporter, all the other times she would not let me speak and would simply talk down to me. She allowed my attorney to drop my case a few weeks from my final hearing despite the fact that would put me in a massive disadvantage. Unable to secure an attorney in such a short amount of time, I had to show up to my final hearing on my own. I made it a point to be truthful throughout the case, despite my ex-wife lying on many aspects that are obvious, falsely accusing me of Domestic Violence, assaulting me prior to the divorce (Two police officers testified as my witnesses) and assaulting me DURING mediation in front of the mediator and attorneys, judge Verde denied all of my requests. My ex-wife produced a fraudulent document to reduce the amount of the house settlement. Her attorneys did not file it properly and the judge advised them that she would not be able to take it into account. She asked me if I knew about the document and I replied "NO", because I did not know about it. While she spoke over me and while I was trying to bring the conversation back to my overnights with my kids, I waved my hand and what happened next is truly shocking. She points at me and says, "You just admitted to knowing about the document" I immediately said "No I didn't!" No WORDS came out of my mouth saying that I knew about the document, meaning ZERO words were uttered on my behalf for her to accuse me of knowing, which would be a lie. This judge is fair, and sees the big picture in family situations. She sees beyond who has the most money into the complex family systems, support systems available to the family members involved and what will be in the best interests of the children. I am so appreciative of her insight and humanity. Thank you, Judge Verde

Not surprised that my comment was deleted. Another proof of corruption behind the scenes. Here is my comment again. A DISGRACE TO THE COMMUNITY . This "judge" is as corrupt as the whole system. She will encourage tax evasion, immigration fraud, conspiracy against the US in order to protect the corrupt lawyers that keep her in her undeserved role. Poor woman, raised by a single mother in Hialeah, will take her vengeance on any male, any respectable citizen who did not come from her humble background and will force your children out of school and out of a father so that people get the same card she was dealt.

Judge Verde is not fair at all. She looks past fathers who fight hard to be in their child's life and sides with lying mothers.verde gave me no chance to speak in a hearing about a Motion that I request not mentioning my case to begin with allowing the Respondent to classify false information granting her everything. You are a judge how can you not force the mother of a minor child not to go with the father on a court order time sharing case. Verde needs to be barred from giving any or all legal advice because she clearly paid her way to the top and have no heart of intelligence when it comes to ruling. She is a bias judge

Judge Verde is an awesome judge who sits in the Family Division. I have numerous cases in her division and she treats everyone fairly. She has an excellent judicial temperament. She is always prepared and rules promptly.

lawless judge. Pro se litigants have no chance. She is a sellout to her lawyer friends who support her campaigns. She is the worst of the worst in Dade county, because not only is she lawless but she actually takes the time to cover her tracks by making sure to pretend to actually consider the facts when in reality she is doing nothing but acting with bias. In fact she is so good at covering her tracks, she keeps the pro se litigants from saying anything pretending to actually understand their position and then providing a ruling that offers the pro se litigants nothing but endless hoops to jump through. Terrible judge with little competancy.
