She rules by her feelings, not facts. I came into court as a victim of being sexually trafficking. I was kidnapped, beaten, prostituted. I escaped, pregnant. Judge Gaston granted my abuser "presumed father" status. Took my newborn and my child to the "presumed" family of my abuser. My abuser's family abuse my children. We report and she scolds us "How dare we report". She is more concerned about protecting the abuser's feeling than the children. This judge needs to be in jail for what how she handles victims of abuse.

Juvenile dependency judge. Judge Gaston relies solely on the Agency/Social Worker. She rules in the direction of the social worker, not the children. Sadly, does not care about keeping children together with their biological family or siblings. It does not matter if the children are found to be bonded with their siblings and grandparents by two sibling bonding experts (Ph.D and psychotherapist in bonding and attachment study).
