Judge Aho knew the lawyer was not filing by deadlines and sanctioned the represented Litigant, ignoring the email stating I provided the lawyer the information and he failed to timely file.Judge Aho ordered a Victim of Domestic violence and Stalking to provide her physical address to opposing counsel when the woman has a protected address issued by the Attorney General of Florida. She should not be a judge.
