Judge Moore is overall a solid judge. She takes her obligations to a case seriously and arrives prepared to address the relevant issues. She understands the often legal issues and asks questions that reflect a familiarity with the particulars of the case, as well as the relevant precedent. Her staff are approachable and easy to work with. She will give litigants a broad level of leeway, which sometimes results in counsel being rewarded for playing games.
