Another white privileged judge in San Mateo.

She ruled on a demurrer I prepared as part of a pro se wrongful foreclosure case that our client (subsequent purchaser) got dragged into. We used her own arguments and cases from her prior rulings sustaining the other defendants’ demurrers, but she went rogue and denied our demurrer with no written explanation. The only explanation we got, orally, was “there are enough facts here” (I’m paraphrasing). She was also rude to us and the attorneys who appeared before us in another matter. Would not recommend.
