I am a Family law lawyer-this judge and office are beyond incompetent. The judge even refuses to reconsider orders where both counsel and parties agree the original order was mistaken in hearing and then after hearing in correspondence from both attorney's in an effort to avoid appeal. Rules on the wrong motions, completely disorganized. No due process in hearings and complete bias from her office that will only set hearings for FW counsel who they appear to know well. Actually, rules after 2.5 hour hearing on motion not argued at hearing.

Does not follow the law violates the constitution. Her and her judicial assistant gives ex wife hearings but husband sends to GM illegally after objection. Does not give meaningful hearings is bias against black men.

This Judge does not follow the law. She is violating my constitutional right due process of the law. She has cancelled over 7 scheduled court hearings. She makes up things as she goes. I had my case moved to Broward due to corruption of Miami Judges. I got my custody from Broward as well as my house as alimony. The Miami General Magistrate Carlos Fernandez gives my ex child support when she makes 10 times more then me and I have 50/50. She signed the court order after a year and the GM recommendation was out of this world. He stated that he is not an expert at taxes. The transcript did not match what happened in court. She signed it and cancels all my hearings.
