Never let me speak, then I watched her do the same to another mom! She keeps asking for money and keeps asking me pay her and her court appointed people who never wrote what is Happens in court in the orders. I thought we were suppose to discuss evidence and the kids in my case but all she does is ask for money and move on, I never get time and my lawyers never get to present but I’m told it’s cause we have to let her court appointed people get paid first and then we are allowed to present. I don’t know why we can’t have like a hearing. There’s never any swearing in, we can’t ever find her when we need to schedule a hearing but she finds us if she wants money

[Redacted by Ed.] ...goes around the law by falsely showing "on the record" the opposite of what happened. This judge needs to be removed from the bench immediately before she hurts somebody. Anyone reading this fill out a JIB complaint against her. look up JIB complaints in PDF version via google. Use that as a template. Look up case law for prejudice because you will need it for this judge. Absolutely horrible person. Cold and Racist. She will tell you "Look at me. Look at my eyes via a zoom call. She did an exparte (emergency motion) with opposing counsel and later claimed it was because I was not there. However, opposing counsel said she withdrew the petition and of course lied. She had an outside conversation with opposing counsel which made her bias. This is unlawful. Shameful hack of a Judge. She knows someone. She does not care for the law unless its to show on the record that she is following the law but is completely unfair and not impartial. All she cared about is child support and not my daughter whom opposing counsel filed emergency motions to get what she wanted. Both times there was no "emergency." I am filing a JIB complaint asap. look up the judge's handbook because I am sure she did not follow it on your case either.

There is no crime to owe any money in this country especially when you dispute child rep legal fee debt. However Judge Marita Sullivan orders bonds, issues garnishment of wages knowing that child Rep Sheri Kessler was negligent to my son for over 7 years. DCFS found the father Daniel Bacerott guilty for assaulting my son back in April 2022 yet Sullivan awards temp custody to this criminal knowing that dcfs report has a finding against Daniel. Here is the summary of the past 7 years. Sheri Kessler hid evidence before the court to cover up for the father Daniel Bacerott a former sheriff dept officer who was fired from his job for assaulting my son. Sheri purposefully locked my son away for over 12 months at Hartgrove hospital to prevent my son from testifying on the abuse before the court. Next, sheri had my son abducted under her watch, missing and runaway awy from his father forceful possession. The court fully aware what is going on did NOTHING to protect my son. Judge Sullivan and Sheri Kessler are responsible for the criminal acts committed against the welfare of my son. I want and demand justice. Because I have reported the atrocities, they both work together to keep me away from my son to avoid the truth from coming out. Reality check is the truth always finds its way to the public. Sheri Kessler has extorted me for money threatening to put me in jail for over 7 years of my life. Sheri uses my son as a ping pong for her own personal gain. Sheri has threatened my former and present attorneys if they go up against her in court she can easily take their license away! This is justice system 2023. For all the atrocities my son, me and my family have endured- Judge Marita Sullivan, Sheri Kessler, Paul Goodman, Matthew Arnoux, Judge Jean Cocozza are ALL responsible for their incompetence and negligence.

~The judge takes orders from attorney Sheri Kessler. Since when are attorneys the judge, jury and executioner? Sheri orders the judge around and the judge bends over and signs anything Sheri says. This is what you call the justice system in 2023. People can't pay for legal fees or afford attorneys so the solution is take working class and put them in jail to extort them for money.
