Terrible temperament, know-it-all who doesn’t. Grants summary judgment for defendants with shocking regularity.

Perhaps the most diligent judge I've ever encountered, evidenced by the fact that he volunteers to regularly travel to Pittsburgh and Wilmington to hear cases for nearby districts. Fair-minded, humble, and wants to get the answer right. Exceeded my expectations.
