Mark A. Talamantes

Mark Talamantes is a sick man, he bits his lips in court hearing. [Redacted by Ed.] lier, make false statements with any concerns to justice and his position. Mark does not have background or any real knowledge to be a judge. In fact as family judge is own family is a mess. [Redacted by Ed.] I lacks experience and obviously cannot control his own behavior.[Redacted by Ed.]

Judge Telamantes was the judge in my small claims action against my extremely bad HOA. He illegally conferred with the HOA lawyer and made conclusions about my case even before my case was heard. Lawyers should not even be allowed in small claims, but this horrible and vicious 'Judge' sided with my bad HOA against me and for the defendant bad HOA. The law was on my side, but this Judge disregarded the law completely at every turn. He should be removed, after reading all the bad reviews about him, I was very concerned when I heard that he would be presiding on my hearing, and sure enough all the reviews are correct, he's a horrendous and horribly vicious 'Judge' that should be removed from the bench.

Mark Talamantes, in my opinion, [Redacted by Ed.] disregards the law and our constitutional rights, [Redacted by Ed.] . I was forced to accept a divorce from a bigamous wife of Latin descent who was having an affair outside our marriage. I was deceived, abused, robbed, and physically attacked by this woman and her adult sons. I sustained bodily injury while recovering from surgery.

You people need to understand. Mark Talamantes is a Com Artist. He corrupts sheriffs, DA, Bar Assoc., Center of Domestic Peace, Canal Alliance. Leading and Falsifying claims with restraining orders and break families apart to steal properties and governmental and public funds. this judge is an abysmal miscarriage of justice and emotionally unhinged. he pays no attention to law, he is disrespectful and rude and he hold no integrity or merit. he is mysogynistic and racist, at best.

this judge is a miscarriage of integrity and justice. his inability to "serve" based on upholding the law is putrid. what an abysmal mistake, particularly when people (our children) are involved. he is better fitted to serve time than justice.

He should be the Coroner. He should not be let loose on the living...

I am not surprised to see all the comments below - Talamantes is a judge who does not have the temperament nor should this political appointee ever have been let loose on population of Marin. That said - please file an objective complaint to CJP as I did. [commission for judicial performance]

This judge has a serious problem with power tripping. He is condescending and makes decisions based on his own interest and does not listen to the petitioners. It seems like he gets joy out of continuing cases unnecessarily and inconveniencing people.

He makes an attempt to have families consider resolving differences - but he makes decisions that seem to prolong litigation. Lawyers make arguments that ought to have some consideration but he mostly listens to ill-prepared parents emotionally struggle over zoom. But while he doesn't seem engaged with legal arguments from lawyers - he will let them testify as to facts they have not documented and are but second-hand recollections. He seemingly accepts this hearsay as evidence.

Where is the Honor of somneone who makes profit off of undocumented workers and false immigration claim support and deportation. Judge Talamentes deliberately lied to protect wrongdoers, bigamy and improper governmental and public funds. I was forced by Judge Talamentes to consent dismissal of the entire case otherwise he was going to fraudulently sanctioned me. Recently all over the news he posted hate, discrimination and racist against our peace officers to make himself and wife to look as nice and protector or illegal immigrants for profit as secondary gain. He used the words "KKK" having officers using abusive uniforms. And, he walks away with impunity. To my point of view and believe: Judge Talamantes is a US TRAITOR, Opportunist who act as terrorist imposing fear on people for his and his family financial gain. He needs to be removed from court

I already have rated this incompetent judge before, but our family is still suffering from his mal-administration of judgment. It is really appalling that the State or whoever is in charge, allows this awful man to continue making judgments that are vital to the wellb eing of children and families.

Hi all, Thank you to whomever set up this site! It feels like a support group for victims of this "judge", makes me feel better that there are others out there who have gone through what I have. My case was a small claims case to get my neighbor to pay the $2000 that it cost to repair her sewer line that runs across my backyard (there is no sewer easement for her across my property, so technically it shouldn't be there anyway). Per written order of the city's sewer coordinator, this neighbor was told that she was responsible for the repairs. After she ignored multiple requests to fix it, I hired a contractor to do the work, provided her the bill, which she didn't pay, and that is how I ended up in small claims. I provided all of this documentation to him in writing. On the day of the hearing, he asked me to explain my side of the story. I asked him "did you read the documents?" to which he replied, "I have them printed here in front of me," which is an interesting way to answer that question. So, I started to read my summary points that I had provided him, and then he interrupted me with questions about a completely different topic - our neighbor's use of our stairs to access a street. My neighbor also provided some anectodes about her being a victim, a woman with health issues that was being harrassed (by me). Her "story" found sympathetic ears with Mark T., who then proceeded to needle me with questions for an hour about this walkway. He didn't want to hear my side of the story. That this neighbor tresspasses on our property, harasses us, our workers, films our children, and is stalking my little sister. I think he thought he was fighting injustice--he was very emotional. So, this walkway is the subject of another case, which will go in front of a real Land Use attorney (not a family law guy). But Mark really thought I was a jerk, and towards the end Mark told me with a sneer, "I hope you lose that other case." In the end, he ruled against me

As an attorney, it is difficult to sit in his court room and listen to the gross miscarriage of justice. It's like the protections of the law and Constitution have gone completely out the window, and he just makes up his own rules. I have heard him say things like: "ma'am, are you sure you want a domestic violence restraining order? After all, this guy is the father of your child." If anyone asks for a trial, his immediate response is: "trials don't happen in family law. no one gets what they want." Lord help you if you are a pro per because there is absolutely no mercy. If there is an edgy pro per, as there often is, he will engage with them instead of trying to diffuse the situation. Pretty much every attorney in this jurisdiction will 170.6 him - but be sure to be ready to file an appeal if you do. Unbelievably, he has routinely wrongfully denied 170.6s. His court room is filled with biased and ignorance of the law. Bring your vomit bag.

This judge is lazy, rude, and incompetent. He doesn’t follow the law and does not even bother to read submissions. He is bias and lacks knowledge of basic facts in a case which he is hearing. Or really not hearing since again he doesn’t read anything and doesn’t let you talk unless he’s grilling you telling you he doesn’t believe you. I don’t believe him. When I was able to bring up basic facts of the matter which were in my submission numerous times, he had no knowledge of them. The entire case was about those so how can he not be aware of the case he is ruling on?!! This guy is the worst judge I’ve ever come across.
