You have got to be kidding me. For a case that has been retried twice in the past, the judge has a responsibility to know if he has a conflict of interest ahead of the third trial. Waiting until the second day of the third trial to recuse himself is unforgiveable; Especially when a small-cap tech stock has now plunged below 30% due to the last-minute recusal. These actions merely play into "efficient infringement" as strategically deployed by big-tech companies. Where is the justice in that, Justice/Judge?

Trump appointed bully has no sense of impartiality. A disgrace to the judiciary process. He should be audited by an external agency. A disgrace!

A Trump, arrogant, I-always-am-the-smartest-guy-in-the-room, arrogant jerk. He was hated at his prior law firm, and lawyers who appear before him hate him. He is light on the law, and heavy on his biases, which are pro-government, pro-big business, and anti-small guy.

J. Scarsi was a pleasure to be in front of. Calm, even temperament. He read and considered all papers. I think he appreciated the fight I put up for my client. Allows you to make your objections. Considers them. Ruled in my favor several times on key objections. He is interested in making the right calls. Finally -- I had for the first time in my career elected to have a bench trial in a criminal case -- he acquitted my client on 10 out of 12 counts. I look forward to appearing in front of him again. He is an asset to our bench.

This elitist, former Milbank Tweed managing partner, is a overly-wealthy, Trump appointee, who completely favors business and government interests, and who sanctimoniously acts like a punk. Just horrible.
