Arrogant, condescending and completely out of touch.

Arrogant, condescending and completely out of touch. Would rather spend the entire hearing listening to himself talk instead of letting litigants present their case (and evidence). Maybe this is to distract from the fact that he doesn't bother to read the pleadings or case history beforehand. Talks down to you as if you were born yesterday. Danger to families and children.

Without a Doubt the most Unruly, Biased, Abusive Judge I have EVER encountered. Herr indisputably, should be removed from the Bench. He is a Detriment to the Judicial Process.

This judge is an advocate against victims rights.

This judge is an advocate against victims rights. While sitting on the bench he openly asked, "when will someone challenge the victims rights act?". He also would moan and exasperate as in pain, "I suppose we need to let the victim back in the room". When the judge was told about the defendant trying to contact the victim he didn't take it seriously and actually go annoyed as this was brought to his attention in several precedings. He has formed a negative opinion on all women who are victims of abuse and the only time he is not rude or failing at his job is when a victim request to drop charges. Reality is the Seminole County Court does not want to get a guilty against any rapist or abusers because it raises the crime rate, which costs everyone in the count more money for higher insurance premiums. It also cost money to incarcerate the defendants. They set them free and they tell you that you will have better luck in CIVIL. More money for the court but if the abuser is not wealthy no attorney will take the case. If you are bringing doctors to court you are in the 100's 0f thousands of dollars. Take your beatings and drop the case is the message of the mandated Victims Advocacy Safe House. 90% of all violent attacks and murders occur after a break up or when the man gets set free. The States Attorney was not even an employee of Seminole county he was brought in as a ringer for the defendant because his sister owned a law firm that does government work. [Redacted by Ed.] 1-never allowed jury to know victim was severely hurt and medical records were in evidence. 2-did not up hold Williams Rule (first question) this rule was not wanted by the victim but the SA did a private court date and did not notify the victim. The victim did not want Williams Rule since the defendant was a conman and had many priors. 3-State Attorney loaned his lap top to the defense. Victim even said do not loan it they came not prepared. This was all a sche

A Beast. Abusive. Somewhat Knowledgable. Biased. Ruled in favor of lying Defendent with ZERO evidence. Refused to look at Plaintiff’s ACTUAL and PRESEnT evidence. Would have reported Herr for Judicial Misconduct, but he has been in the Bench 40 years.
