Horrible, ignorant Judge who rules without even looking at the FRCP. Demands but does not earn respect. Political guy not a trial lawyer, pathetic excuse for a Judge.
The worst, arrogant, comes on bench unprepared but with a pre set attitude, imposes imaginary rules that are not codified about how he wants court to go, develops incorrect, objectively, opinions and then snarls at you if you dare to question him, was a politician not a real litigator in private practice, even if you show him with 20 cases or even with statutory language he is wrong, he gets angry because you point out his errors, truly the worst in my 17 years of practice. How people can rate him a 10 totally escapes me.
Judge Cohen has a fantastic temperament and his staff is a pleasure to work with.
