Saw him for a minor civil case, ex-parte. Sort of "grumpy" as others have stated, but is patient and was willing to help me deal with minor bureaucratic issues in filing.

1 in 4 Commissioners got this case right. Brad Moore already dismissed this felony fraud case 7/2022 to stop ongoing insurance and bank fraud by PLAINTIFF. Attorney/Commissioner Moore knows insurance fraud and he did a great job of trying to stop it. HILLMAN is just part of the game with his crony and extremely corrupt local ATTORNEY who thinks he's getting away with stealing homes. Can't wait for his to look for the soap in Federal Prison. He is the most arrogant piece of crap I've ever met and he's the same f'd up attorney who refused to help widow back in 2021. He thought he'd get rich stealing her home and 5 Judges have helped him act above the law. Too bad he can't fool Seattle FBI and US Attorneys. Do the MATH 5 King County Superior Court Judges aid felony $1M Medicaid Theft 2015-2024. Serial mortgage fraud felon was desperate for cash to feed his addiction so he stole $836,000 home using a void power of attorney and no purchase and sale. 5 JUDGES refuse to stop INSURANCE-MORTGAGE-TAX-MEDICAID-MAIL-WIRE-DOCUMENT FRAUD well documented by Bellevue TITLE examiners, Federal Law Enforcement, Department of Licensing Notary Fraud, WA Dept. of Revenue Excise Tax Evasion, HomeStreet Bank fraudulent loans using 1st names only and no signatures. Same HomeStreet Loan Officer is criminally tied to her relative with a scam investment/construction company so at least a dozen crooks have divided $650,000 of granny's money. All of them will be named and prosecuted for their crimes. They've never offered restitution but serial financial predator in this case had 42 fraudulent scam mortgages in 37 years in King County and brags he'll never do jail time.

This guy is a joke. He thinks and acts like a monarch or dictator, and doesnt have the slightest idea about the laws or constitutional rights.

`Commissioner Hillman has ruled against me, a frequent pro se non-attorney litigant, many times. I've always learned something from those rulings, and I've never concluded that he was wrong about them or ruled out of malice. He's smart and experienced, and he does everything by the letter of the law. If you're an attorney, you better know the law and your facts when you come before him. A few reviewers complained that he can be cranky, but considering the avalanche of paperwork he has to wade through every day, who wouldn't be at times? I suspect that everyone who gave him bad ratings here were litigants who lost before him and deserved to lose, or were attorneys who didn't like that he really knows his line of work and reprimanded them because they didn't know theirs.

The ABSOLUTE WORST I have EVER encountered!!! He told me upfront he didnt look at ANY of my evidence filed. He ruled in Favor of an Attorney trying to steal my home and the Witness ( HSBC BANK) didn't even show up. My house is in My name and He didn't care to look at any documents. He was BEYOND RUDE, ERROGANT, Condescending... He has signed off on a Writ to the Sherrifs office to evict me from MY OWN HOME!!! HE IS CORRUPT & believe bought off by the banks etc...~ He told me during the hearing Affidavits of proof that I had in my case mean nothing, that I have no rights in his court... Time to expose this "UNHONORABLE" monster!

A morally depraved bozo who works under Commissioner Judson's gang for the self-dealing scams in the King County Superior Court.

This judge is biased, and out to destroy people's lives. He handed out restraining orders like candy bars, without looking at pieces of evidence. And like what the other people say, he only LISTENS to LIES, not looking at facts presented to him. Because of him, my family is destroyed by his "I do not care" attitude to young children. He should not serve in the family court! He is out to destroy families. I lost all my hopes in the family court system, super biased.

Who gave this man this job? I have been in front of Mr. Hillman 3 differnt times. The first he chastised plantiff's attorney about procedural errors in front of all attending. Completely inappropriate! The second and third visit to have my case heard Hillman ignored evidence provided and took one side over other side with 4 different wittnesses present but did not allow testimony. Completely rude and very arrogant! Has made me feel I'm loosing faith in our courts!!

Horrible Commissioner!! Shouldn't be allowed to proceed over emergency Family Law cases as he doesn't care to take the child's best interest into consideration. He also claimed that he was going to set the case over for Family Law to decide and never scheduled the hearing causing the child in the case to remain in danger longer than they needed to. Never let him proceed over another emergency Family Law hearing!!
