Judge Boyer is fair, but tough. He is also humble, and honest when he makes a mistake. Judge Boyer is what I would call old school, and that school is one of hard knocks. But in the end, if you put in the effort, and brief the fact and the law appropriately, this Judge will grant you the relief you are entitled to. On the other hand, I do not think Judge Boyer is in the business of giving anyone a free ride, no matter how shiny the wingtip on your feet are!
