F, I had him on a criminal case and a chips case although cps cases are supposed to be confidential some how the media got the complaint and my address. The only reason he wants confidentiality is to cover up his violating peoples rights. He never took any evidence every time I subpoenaed a wittnes it was approved by him then when they showed up at court to testify he wouldn’t allow them to. He found me guilty of contempt with out calling and witness, he provided no evidance he brought his own motion and became his own wittness. It was a joke he summoned me to court to tell me I was guilty of contempt totally even charging me or taking a plea. I just showed up and he said I was guilty of contempt for uploading a video he claims. However no one saw it by him. I caught him having ex-parte communication. I recommend if you find your self in his court room you promptly ask for a substitute.
