Judge Mark Ali signed a TRO for a friend and colleague who is a pedophile. Judge Ali's friend and colleague beat and raped his little sister for years. When his rapist colleague discovered his victim was sharing her story he signed a TRO for the rapist against his victim. The rapist's complaint was "embarrassment," not a TRO issue. He never did his due diligence to determine if his colleague was truly a victim of domestic violence. He allowed a rapist to use a TRO as a weapon against his victim. This was a sick and egregious violation.
