Horrible experience with this judge. We had attorneys and spent alot of money to be sure our decree covered everything. Our decree was worded that if the marriage had stayed in tact we would both contribute to the cost of college. My ex stiffed me and left me with the entire bill- over 100k in debt. I did not hire an attorney as it didn't make sense to pay an attorney what I was going after in student loan debt and THOUGHT the whole reason we had attorneys to form the decree is to protect from exactly what happened. My ex husband moved to a secure apartment in BEVERLY HILLS,CA. He is able to pay that and have a small 4 seater PRIVATE PLANE. He was also paid out of our home which I now own. He had some business deals go bad so hadn't filed taxes in 2 years as he carried the loss and protected himself from having to pay for his daughter's education. Judge Gould sided with my narcissistic ex and said oh well- he hasn't filed his taxes, nothing we can do here. I informed the judge that if I wanted to be shady I could have done the same thing. This was done online as the ex is in CA. Judge Gould wished him an enthusiastic hello in sunny CA! He then proceded to basically ignore me, spoke over me all the while loving my ex up. Sickening display of the "good ole boys club". IF you have the opportunity I HIGHLY recommend you ask for another judge. What a mockery of the justice system! He does not care and just picks a side and goes with it. Should not be a judge as he is NOT impartial.

I am filing a complaint against this judge! The 14th Amendment guarantees our right to face our accusers and cross examine them. Judge Gould belongs in a communist government's court system and not here in OUR COUNTRY!!This man HAS NO BUSINESS, working in Family Court, really he HAS NO BUSINESS working in any court, holding up our laws, in a fair and equitable way. He makes our court system look like an episode of Benny Hill.I hope everyone that has dealt with this POS, files a formal complaint against him. It is your absolute right to provide testimony,and evidence, cross examine a respondent, and present witnesses. There is REALLY SOMETHING wrong when a person can file an ex-parte application for relief of abuse in simple retaliation because their room mate filed one because you WERE IN FACT breaking the criminal one you already have in place.There is also a MAJOR problem when you have a judge signing off on an ex-parte order when the person who filed, COMPLETELY changed the story of the invidents on his affidavit compared to what he reported to the police on the day of his disorderly conduct arrest. The truth DOES NOT change when it is the truth, aand Judge Gould should have looked into why the criminal court did not place a fullno contact order on the applicant,if the things he vlaimed on his affidavit were the same things he reported to the police. I want to know why the officials who over see judges, like Gould are continuing to allow him to make a TOTAL MOCKERY of our Constitutional Rights?? This is America, NOT communist Russia!! Everyone on this website NEEDS to file a conplaint against Judge Gould, and everyone that sits in his court room NEEDS to file a complaint! If we continue to accept his irrational behavior and his attitude as KING, rather than ethe judge that he is,other's will follow suit. We, as American citizens are guaranteed these rights,and we as Americans absolutely have to expose these kind of judges, to get them off the bench!!Go to Russia

Mark Gould is a complete disgrace to the judicial system. He’s lazy, arrogant, and doesn’t have the attention span to appropriately oversee any cases. Another prime example of white privileged of a good-ole boy in Amerikkka! Being someone the served in the armed forces we all take an oath. This poor example of a judge took a similar oath, however the difference is he’s a selfish, inconsiderate prick!!!

A failure as a fair and impartial judge, with a touch of misogyny, His inexplicable decision deeply affected lives in a negative way.
