He shows favoritism to veterans or members of the armed forces to the extreme; leniency in sentencing all you have to do is show membership to the military or perhaps the Elks Lodge. His bias brings light to the degree of ineptitude and is unable to discern right from wrong as he is blinded by greed and I power of his supposed authority.
