In November 2007, I had basically been railroaded through criminal court. I eventually ended up before Judge Kerins, who found me fit to represent myself, granted me a fair hearing, threw the book at the FIVE (5) Assistant New York State Attorneys General, who brought the BOGUS claims against ME and released ME,on my own recognizance, while throwing out both petitions that had been requested, against ME, by the State of New York, which infuriated all FIVE of said Caucasian male Assistant State Attorneys General. That said, ALL I have for Judge Kerins is NOTHING but positive comments. He is a FAIR, but NO-NONSENSE Judge. GOD IS GOOD!
