Martin Tejeda

I am alleging that Judge Martin Tejada engaged in serious misconduct amounting to fraud upon the court. Judge Tejada, who has been on the bench for approximately six months, previously worked as a public defender in Yolo County, where he became acquainted with attorney Matthew Ritchie. I believe this prior relationship influenced his handling of my case.
