Judge Mary Anne Scattartico Naber and her Lawyer frends Kenth Bunting,Julie Cherico CPS and my daughter lawyer that sold her out Marco Faba Framed and stoled my granddaughter and gave her to her criminal father a former NYC Police officer who took pictuers for the public officals of Yonker NY know this jugde wants to go to the Supreme court and disroy innocent children and their family lives at the county level two months after this judge made my daughter give my granddaughter to the abusive father he was aressted for choking his step son this judge and the lawyer kept this informatiom from my daughter what she did after that was to give the Abusive father full custody we have proof to prove it in a real court of law

This judge actualy interferred in an action that destroyed an entire family. She actually spoke ex parte with a witness.

This Judge is one of the worst human being I had to deal with in my life ,[Redacted by Ed.] this judge has 5 judicial complains in her record in Westchester County, she abuses the poor communities of Yonkers NY and now she wants to go to the Westchester County Supreme Court and abuse the children and families at the County level, It wasn't enough to do it in Yonkers. [redacted by Ed.] She took an oath of office to protect citizens constitutional protected rights and she violates it all the time.

Wish there was Zero. Naber is everything but honorable. She is prejudice, allows children to live with dv felons whom have orders of protection on them, and is aided by AFC David Peck and attorney Shari Rackman. This is a an organized Cabal, orchestrated. They have violated my son's civil rights as well as mine and my Bill of Rights. She needs to be removed from the bench. Do not vote for her as I hear she is running for supreme court in NY. This woman is knowingly violating her post. She has violated her Oath. There are many other victims who are in the process of doing class action lawsuits on her and much more. Do not trust this woman if she is your judge. She plays games and ignores all evidence, merely kicking the can down the road to make record profits.

A child that i birthed and raised alone due to the other parent being incarcerated. the NOT honorable judge placed my daughter with her father instantly when she’s been in my care her whole life. Then dismissed his petition and never helped bring my daughter back home. Which is an on going never ending battle. This judge ruined my life. I hate her! Judge Scattartico Naber [redacted by Ed.]is abusing innocent children and their family their is no justice in her kangaroo courtroom this judge has no respect for the rule of law she violates, civil,Federal and states right with out any type of repercussions She dosent have the best interest of the children she dosent protect children from their abuser she sit on that bench destroying innocent children and families lives she protects child and women abuser and retaliate against the people when they fight back

We will keep fighting injustice until the end, that is what we are supposed to do ,even in world full of so much abused ,specially the court system. According to the NY Bill of rights the people of the state are sovereign and not public official can pass laws against the people or abused them , but this judge is allow to keep harming the people , and the public officials keep looking away from all the abuses committed against us .We will get justice one day ,God is my witness.

This Judge have abused my family in every possible way.she has violated all our constitutional,Federal,State and civil rights,she acts as if shes God sitting on that bench.she is a racist toward Hispanics.This Judege took my granddaughter and gave her to an abusive criminal father.This judged has no respect for the rule of law ,this man is still abusing my granddaughter.The judge has being protecting this man from the beginning of the case even when he was accused of physical abused and sexual molestation,she look the other way,we have no doubts that her conflicts of interest have affected her judgement.All the lawyers are friends with the judge ,they are running a scam,the opposing lawyer,the law guardian,even your own defense attorney betrays you.She shouldn't be a judge in family court because she brakes families apart she takes the chid away from the protective parent and give the child to the abusive parent She's Evil
