Mary Arand

Mary Arand is a clown, like most other Santa Clara County Court so called "judges". She legislates from bench, [Redacted by Ed.] inviting opposing counsel without the other side being present to her chamber. [Redacted by Ed.] We are all hoping that the new administration, with the help of National Guard and or military will clean up this so called "judicial system" [Redacted by Ed.]

Mary Arand shouldn’t be a judge. Her biased and negligent knowledge of the law is costing people their civil rights. If you are assigned this judge do what ever you can to get a new judge.

Restraining order took two years to get a ruling. The plaintiff was given 2 full days of testimony and the respondent was given 30 minutes. Respondent was lot allowed to present evidence. Judge was impatient and unfair. Respondent now has to file an appeal. Their civil rights were violated by the court.

A simple restraining order took her almost 2 years! She didn’t allow me to talk, she is very arrogant on court, she didn’t have basic judgement capability, she does not have logic thinking, she made me lose confidence to American legal system.
