Extremely unprofessional and biased

This Commissioner fails to follow the law. I won a 6-figure judgment in Superior Court and she failed to hold the defendant accountable on multiple fraudulent transfer claims following. The only thing I was able to accomplish with this Commissioner is obtaining a Charging Order against the defendants LLC. However, this Commissioner allowed the defendant to remove all of her money from the LLC bank account before it could be recovered by the debtor. This Commissioner indirectly makes it harder on debtors to recover their judgments. This Commissioner made a mockery of a debtors examination by not requiring the defendant follow through on all promises under oath. She scolded me as a plaintiff for requesting assistance. She is extremely arrogant.
