My profound disappointment in Judge Carney cannot be overstated.

Worst judge to ever exsist. Took the kids from a mother and gave them to the father on supervised visits where these children were severely abused by him. The reason she did it was because the mother was a victim of domestic violence transferred her job to flordia which was petitioned in the courts to get away from this man. This woman also laughed at the fact she was raped by him. She’s so unprofessional and does not make great judgement at all. Cps wound up stepping in the mother finally received her kids back. This judge should not be on the bench

Judge Carney does not appear to have a firm grasp on laws relating to jurisdiction and has exceeded and stepped outside of her authority by stating decisions on the record during an appearance in complete contradiction to controlling orders without any established jurisdiction. She made numerous statements based on her own assumptions without asking relevant questions before making accusations. In the interest of justice, its very clear that she should not be re-elected. If you have a case in front of her, be prepared to reiterate everything you have provided in writing as she doesn’t appear to read relevant information on the case nor does she value a father’s role in a child’s life.
