Judge Mary K White is not currently serving on the bench in NJ but she is home being paid like she is on the bench.1 of 10 Judges in NJ with similar situations. Judge White allowed a false allegation of attempted kidnapping/child Abduction in her Courtroom without any investigation. Neither Judge White, Division of Youth and Family Services or my sons Grandmother contacted any Police Departments but allowed this in Court. Judge White then barred me from Public Streets without any type of investigation. Attempted Child Abduction is Child Abuse and must be reported to Local Authorities. It doesn't matter if you're a Judge or a State Worker, they did this to illegally Terminate my rights.
