Poor Judicial Temperament.

Poor Judicial Temperament. Overemphasis upon irrelevant technicalities. Lacks Demonstrated Understanding Constitutional Law and Scholarship. Undistinguished background as a Civil or Criminal Trial Lawyer, prior to becoming a Judge. Not a good role model for lawyers of color

An arrogant, conceited and lazy excuse for a judge -and ones like her are among the worst.

An arrogant, conceited and lazy excuse for a judge -and ones like her are among the worst. I tried a case before her on a simple contract issue. She was one of the most insulting and demeaning people I have ever encounted to me and opposing counsel. She was cluless about basic contracts law. She sits on files and cites any excuse to dismiss or avoid adjudicating them. She refused to recuse even after knowing her husband [a pathetic excuse for a lawyer] was involved in a related case with me. Her more recent posts below were undoubtedlly done by her or supporters - but then again nobody posted about her in over FOUR years.
