I have just read the other reviews and can’t believe how much this is a pattern with this judge.

I have just read the other reviews and can’t believe how much this is a pattern with this judge. He was so biased against me, the mother, that he broke the law in order to favor my ex husband. He strong armed me into removing a lien I had on our property so that when it sold he could reduce the amount that I was due. I had to fight for 5 years to get it sold only to have Brower step in at the end and renegotiate a divorce that had been settled years before. Not even so much as a filing to request that he do so. Just gave my ex a huge chunk of my settlement money because he asked him to during a hearing. Every attorney, including the one at the help desk inside the court, said it was totally illegal but he did it anyway. Because he could. Blatant. Unethical. Unforgivable.

Brower is Absolutely one of the most horrible, biased against women, judges I’ve ever heard about or seen.

Brower is Absolutely one of the most horrible, biased against women, judges I’ve ever heard about or seen. He doesn’t care, doesnt listen, and flat out doesn’t like mothers and almost 100% of the cases he oversees, he gives custody to the fathers. He overlooks fathers with extreme criminal histories, convicted abusers, and those with substance abuse issues and steals the children from the loving, safe parents (mothers) home and places them with the father, in addition to little or no contact given to the mother.

Judge Brower is not concerned with the best interest of the children.

Judge Brower is not concerned with the best interest of the children. He has forced children with suicidal ideologies back into the homes of abusive fathers and absentee fathers. Judge Brower appears to oppress mothers and give preferential, biased treatment regardless of the situation.

This judge is a former prosecutor who abuses his power on the bench to beat down mothers into submission.
