I agree 100% completely with the other person who complained about this Horrific Judge… Good old boy, prejudiced as hell, makes up his mind before the case even begins. He allowed people to kidnap an innocent woman’s child and keep her as their own. This woman’s life is nearly ruined and she broke down in court several times during the proceedings where I was a witness along with others who are trying to give her support. Probably the only person in the world I actually hate with utmost contempt. The kidnappers are drug dealers and criminals. [Redacted by Ed.]

F descisioins are made before the trial begins the judge can hardly stay awake durring cross and overall is a person who let the role of Judge go to his sadistic mind.The guy is a third generation local boy who lived in Red Bluff 95 percent of his life. Population 14,000 born raised and going to die in red bluff, so he has reached his pinnacle. EVIL PURE EVIL. Responsible for the condition of the county. Pass this place dont even stop for a drink or food break just keep on going there is something seriously wrong with everything there
