Wonderful man! All bad reviews are by the sick and I do mean sick, Nicholas Marcilio who refused to pay child support and had to leave the country or be arrested.

This judge retired way too late, handled my custody case for 9 out of what has turned into almost 11 years. I have not had a weekend with my now teenage son in over 3 years. Judge Cooper did not ask to meet him until two days before retiring. He wanted an in-camera after being told by the AFC that the mother puts him on speakerphone and “coaches” the child,and that the child “could not tell the truth when the mother was near”- the judge waited 2 months to set it up. The lawyer went to pick him up and the mother never brought my son down. TEven after violating court orders AGAIN, he did nothing! The mother is a pathological liar and sociopath. Cooper yelled the next day on the Zoom hearing, but still gave me limited visitation and provided a final fuck you to all. The AFC no longer wanted to advocate as she now figured out the mothers agenda and Cooper let her off. 2 years later, we are no farther ahead and the brainwashing and alienation has firmly taken root. Cooper was almost comedically unprofessional annd was known by the lawyers to like to “hear himself talk” and gave her multiple warnings, even after she had made multiple false child abuse reports. One wonders how many other children’s and parents lives he ruined while on the bench. His drama belonged on television, not making decisions that are detrimental to innocent victims. As far as I am concerned he ended his career in shame, but had such a huge ego he didn’t even know it.

As you can see by the insane cult religious fanatic post below Judge Cooper can easily tell who should not be near kids at all and judging by that fanatical post he sure made the right decision! Judge is far from racist I am a black man and I was treated fairly because I am not a freak wishing hell and death on others and I am not a dead beat dad either. Thanks again Honoranle Judge! happy fun in the sun for you! That review is fake it is from a criminal defense lawyer? Right! haha.

Got my life and kids back. he certainly deserved his fame! Will miss the guy and always eternally grateful for his help. Sour grapes leave negative reviews. :)

Wonderful man and so smart! Sad about his retirement he saved SO many kids from DEADBEAT dads which in turn may have saved their lives. he could spot a psychopath immeidaltey which sure worked in my favor in getting custody of my two children against an ex who tried to malign my character. Always grateful for this man.

This judge is an absolute disgrace to the judicial system. He’s erratic, insulting, decides cases before they’re even presented without ever reading anything. It often feels like his palms are greased. FIND ANOTHER JUDGE IMMEDIATELY if you have him. He’s a complete bully and it’s incredible that he’s been able to remain on the bench. Hooray for his retirement.

Sad to see him go but he did so ,much good for me and so many others I am sure he will go on and do more good! Thanks honorable Judge for all you did for me and my kids!

All I can say is - thank GOD he is retiring. He didn’t care 3 years ago and now everyone has said he could not care less now that he is leaving the bench. He doesn’t read anything. 100s of thousands of dollars spent trying to protect my kids and he just wants to accuse everyone of wanting to fight and enjoying being in court. Delusional.
