I appeared for oral argument in two motions in substantial cases. The entire calendar was strictly NY Labor Law ( construction accident) cases. This Judge was thoroughly prepared, knew the case, knew the law and was courteous to all sides on each and every motion he heard. I've been practicing for 30 plus years and never seen a better oral argument motion calendar. Kudos to the Judge and his staff. Just FYI he reserved decision on one of my motions so I am not just saying this because I liked his rulings.
