This Judge is terrible, and racially biased. He sanctioned an indigent litigant who was an Asian woman for several ten thousands of dollars, to compensate the white male husband who was represented by a white male lawyer , the white male husband earned millions of dollars a year. This Judge tried many times to deprive the woman right to interpretation, rights to ask questions, he also stopped the woman from filing papers otherwise she would be punished as contempt. This judge is abusive, he knows very well how to use laws to put indigent pro per litigant into trouble, because they were poor, have no lawyer, so this Judge can abuse his power to create an unfair condition in his courtroom.
