At the age of 12, my daughter was diagnosed with a rate brain tumor. We received the diagnosis during the time that my ex and I were on court. She was offered a wish by Make-A'Wish foundation to meet President Obama. Make-A-Wish asked to write a letter to give to the President stating het wish while on her visit. She composed a most somber letter, where she asked him to make a law allowing children to choose which parent they wished to live with. Upon reading her lettet, I was humbled, grieved, and saddened that I had been unable to protect her from this situation. Her father took the letter to Judge Mantineo and falsely accused me of making her write that letter. My daughter's letter was confiscated by the Court, and her trip to meet President Obama was denied by Judge Mantineo. To this day, I an inexplicably saddened that I could not help my daughter, a brain tumor survivor, have a once in a lifetime opportunity to have breakfast with our Nation's President. If anyone from Make-A-Wish Foundation reads this comment, please accept my apologies for not being able to help my daughted experience the once in.a lifetime Wish that you offered to her.

Judge Mantineo ignored my daughter's

The entire time that we (my ex- husband and I) were in court with Judge Mantineo, she never heard my voice. Never heard me speak about my side of the story. On the other hand, she publicly conversed with my ex- husband---frequently, while "on the record", unashamedly. It appeared that she dismissed my very presence, as though I was invisible, or not present. There was one time, however, (after having normalized her lack of acknowledgement that I was a party to the matter before the Court) when she did addresses me, singularly, by yelling at the top of her lungs "HEY! PAY ATTENTION TO ME WHEN I AM SPEAKING!!!! At that time, I could not afford an attorney, and so i took it upon myself to take notes of the trial to support my recall of information presented during the precedings. I could not afford to purchsse the transcripts, so taking notes helped me recall the voluminous amount of information that was presented. Words simply cannot express the shock, confusion, and feeling of having been verbally battered in a public forum for no recognizable reason. I am a very shy, unpretentious person, and even today, more than a decade later, the memory of that incident weighs deeply on my heart. I have faith in God, and with that comes the Peace that passes understanding. In my opinion, Judge Mantineo ptesents as a very needy, self-serving person who joins forces and triangulates with the party whom she most prefers and/or is enamored, and then weaponizes her power against the opposing itigant, whom she arbitrarily assigns blame.

I agree with the soul who said this Judge, Judge Mantineo, must go before Godcl and Atone for all the lives that she destroyed.

Nightmare on Elm Street. We've all made mistakes in life, impacting those whom we love. God gives us the grace to come full circle, but the choice to reconcile with those whom we hurt is in our hands. It's on us. Judge Mantineo made the choice to griveously hurt many people on whom she chose -- incorrectly-- to assign blame. She made that choice, and never atoned for her mistakes. We can never come full circle to re-write our stories, but we can, as I am doing here and now, note that she did what she did. She Is accountable to God.

This judge is either malicious, ignorant, or both. My ex is a known Wall Street criminal and sociopath whom she catered to like a teen groupie: She forced our autistic, preemie, and brain tumor survivor disabled daughter to endure years of molestation and abuse by granting him full custody based on lies about me and no proof. A former family therapist and several Wall Street professionals who knew his MO stepped up to save my daughter and me as best they could. But when judges fail to convict criminal abusers, every bad apple in their path steps up to lend support to the malicious behavior. Case in point, I have a shellfish allergy, and my ex sent our daughter to visitation with me after feeding her a massive amount of shellfish. I had an immediate attack of anaphylaxis upon greeting her and had to go to ER. He thought it was funny, and later shared the story with a DCPP case worker named Trudy. My daughter came home to me, upset and reporting that "Miss Trudy" and her dad joked about my allergy, and Miss Trudy said," Maybe we should invite her over and serve up a big plate of seafood". My point is this judge's negligence made me a target to a malicious DCPP professional who viewed my life threatening food allergy as comic relief. Judge Mantineo's bias and negligence put my life in danger at the hands if my ex, and anyone associated with him who was cruel enough to support his attempts to trigger an allergy that could kill me. As such, Judge Mantineo supported and engaged in criminal activity which harmed and nearly killed me. She subjected my daughter to sexual and emotional abuse. I am alive today, and my daughter is safe because Wall Street leadership that fired my ex from JPMorgan, Lehman Brothers, & Novellus reached out to help me in the best way they could. They affirmed that my daughter and I had been harmed by my ex, who became such a risk to key leadership in the world financial and semi conductor industries that he was fired and permanently barred from employment (JPMorgan, Lehman Brothers, IBM, Novellus, SGS Thompson). Judge Mantineo was naive in her assessment of my ex, as she was not aware that these firms do not provide negative critiques of destructive, incompetent, or bad employees. As pillars of world financial markets, they are experts at controlling damage which could be done by a disgruntled, former employee. In her naivety, Judge Mantineo believed my ex to be everything good that he asserted himself to be. In the end, Judge Mantineo brought my daughter and me closer to God. Only by the grace of God were we able to survive and rise above the punishment, pain and suffering that Judge Mantineo rained on us. Rather than honor her oath to protect the law, she chose the illusion of a power, and money from a madman.

Judge Mantineo must be Disbarred. I've posted at least three concerns on this site highlighting Judge Mantineo's depraved indifference towards my ex-husband's sexual assaults on our daughter during her toddler and childhood years. He repeatedly slept with her naked, often times laying himself prone on top of her while she cried and fought for him to move off because of his weight. She reported that he served wine to her before and during these

Judge Mantineo presided over my family court case from approximately 2012 to 2018. Througout this time, judge Mantineo boldly and unashamedly participated in ex-parte communication with my ex husband-- in the midst of a custody battle-- thereby inserting herself against the law, and ultimately causing unnecessary pain & suffering to my daughter, and to me. Concurrently,at thattime and unbeknownst to Judge Mantineo, my ex husband, was a known psychopath in the Wall Street community, and he was eventually booted out of his job by multiple firms on the Street for that very reason, after he single handedly tried to take down JP Morgan.

I finally get it. She doesn't care. Meanwhile, she is paid to render abuse and torture. Is she heartless? Or, just plain abusive? Does she care,? Why should she dare, take this gig down, [Redacted by Ed.], all robbed in black. It's sad they're wacked.

Not sure how she sleeps at night, knowing how many lives she shattered.

My ex bullshitted her and then made a mockery of her low level of skill and intelligence to his wirk colleagues, and then bragged openly to his friends and Wall Street colleagues that his success in her court was due to her being stupid. enamored by his job, and racist...which would help his case because he is Caucasian and I am African American. He was right about winning and Juge Mantineo being preferential to him and condescending to me. But in the end God showed up and set my daughter and me free from her mockery of a County Court Judge.

This is an addendum to my previous comments on the heinous behavior of judge Mantineo. During my divorce, our daughter was diagnosed with a Clival Chordoma--a rare, life threatening brain tumor. I had reported her symptoms to doctors for years while this judge supported the mockery of my ex that I had Munchsusens by proxy. He tried to prevent the hospital from removing it, but the doctors stood by their hypocratic oath and saved her life. She had a police escort to the syrgery room. Her condition was recognized by Make A Wish, and she was granted her wish to see President Obama. She wrote a required letter to the President, asking him to protect children like her from the abuse she suffered--her dad kissing her naked body and holding her down on the bed. This judge valued my ex's Wall Street job over my daughter's life and safety, and DENIED my daughter from getting her Wish. 10 years have passed and by God's grace we survived. This judge went against the law and hypocritic oath. She protected a litigant who tried to let a brain tumor kill his child. Judge Mantineo is a danger to society, and to anyone whose case she oversees.

Upon reviewing ratings from other litigants, the overriding consistency is Judge Mantineo's reviews are polarized. Litigants either ador her, or characterized her as something akin to a judicial nightmare from the dark ages. [Redacted by Ed.] I also suspect that tha parties' most negatively impacted by her sociopathic judgements appeared similar to persons in her younger years whom she detested, and yet weilded power over her based on gender and ethnic bias, in which she faced severe humiliation, punishment & psychological pain, and was neither allowed to express her pain nor receive help to heal from it. As such, she turned inward, sufferied in silence, & developed a "Jekyl-Hyde" adult personality to cope. The Courtroom eventually became her private Gladiators' Collesium.

Morally bankrupt & incompetent is the closest I can come to underscore that as a litigant on her Docket, biracial litigants in a custody dispute should Beware. This is based on my Caucasian ex- husband's expressed glee to his family and ftiends over Judge Mantineo choosing to maintain our case on her Docket. I overheard him express utter glee, joy, and humor on a phone call to a friend a few hours after leaving our last Court lhearong whereby Judge Mantineo stated on the record that she would continue to preside over our case. Hearing her state that in the last moments of our last hearing left me me feeling like I had been determined as less than human and thrown on the auction block with no hope to ever be treated humanely--as had my husband-- because I was Black, not worthy in her eyes, and finally, because she could simply do that, i.e. discriminate against my bi-racial daughter and me, ...and there was nothing she nor I could do about it. I was refused custody for no reason, and no proof of wrongdoing, and my daughter was put in a group home. All with no proof, rhyme or reason, other than I was tge minority parent. I am African American. My Caucasian husband gleefully played Judge Mantineo like a puppet because she thought he would reward her with his Wall Street job to get a higher position the Court. By now, she knows he played her like a bigot and fool.

As an add-on to my review on Judge Mantineo, I spent over a decade reviewing and admitting applicants to world renowned schools of Law, Business, Medicine, and Ph.D. granting institutions including Stanford. Columbia and the University of Chicago...to name a few. My guess is she might have passed the preliminary admissions review for this ilk of institution but she would not likely have gained entry because she appears to be unaware of, or simply lacks a depth of understanding for the practice of law...

Judge Mantineo was a lesson on failure of the Hudson County Family Court: it is not a system of justice, moreover, it is an example of a judicial system gone rogue--- akin to a social institutions with no checks or balances. In short, Hudson County Family Court is akin to Lord of the Flies. Disagree with me if you like, but pull my case and review it before being quick to pardon rogue judges like Maureen Mantineo.

Regarding my previous entry on Judge Maureen Mantineo, I left out two critical points of information: 1. Immediately after calling the Court to Order, Judge Mantineo began apologizing to my ex husband for not yet having returned his phone calls to her. This completely stunned me, especially since she had not also reached out to me. This heightened my anxiety about her ability to be impartial, and caused me to question myself as to whether I had misunderstood the "taboo" concerning ex-parte communication. In the weeks leading up to our trial, I overheard my ex husband tell his cousin (Janell ) over the phone that Hudson County Family Court was known to be racist, and he had identified the most racist family court judges who could take our case. Upon hearing this, I felt stunned, shocked, and my heart raced rapidly to hear my husband, the man I married, the person who I entrusted to love me concoct a plan to use American racism against me in Family Court. I brought him to this Country. He gained American Citizenship through me. I loved him. And this is what he set up to do to me. The immediate emotional impact was so severe that I thought I might die of a heart attack right there in my livingroom.

Horrific and biased. This judge all but got in bed with my ex and bought his narcissistic Sociopathic story line totally over my honest representation of the truth. He molested our daughter from age 3 to16, when she was eventually taken out of his home and placed in a group home. He convinced her that he was wealthy (He is a former Wall Street employee who, unbeknownst to Judge Mantineo, was fired from EVERY Wall Street firm that employed him, and EVERY Solicon Valley Tech. firm that employed him. Check for yourself: his resume shows a change in employment every year or 2 consecutively from before 2000 through the present. Want to check my facts? Google Pierre Maccagno and see for yourself his rolling resume. On my last day in Court with Mantineo, she promised she would see " this family" again. Well, with my daughter safe from her and my ex husband, my daughter escaped ongoing molestation, abuse, graduated from high school and has entered college. What this judge put my daughter and me through was CRIMINAL.

This judge is, and always has been an absolute monster. [Redacted by Ed.] I can't begin to list the devastating affects her unjust and inhumane rulings caused my children. I was even asked by an attorney to be the "poster-child" for a group of Hudson County attorney's who wanted to make a case to get her removed from the bench. I refused because I know she is well connected to NJ's powerful underbelly & I knew there was no way for the attorneys to protect me from her. She is most definitely pro-criminal. If you are the innocent party in a case (civil or otherwise) and you are to stand before this [Redacted by Ed.] have your attorney do EVERYTHING in their power to have your case reassigned [Redacted by Ed.] . Otherwise, drop your complaint.
