Maureen M. Keegan

The Hon. Maureen M. Keegan actions in the court was very disturbing. She was ranting and raving. Pulling her hair, standing up yelling recess, sitting down again, more hair pulling and yelling. Showing no respect for the court room or the defendant, or herself for that matter. I thought that is no one seeing and hearing what I am witnessing? Why aren't her coworkers saying something, and why are they letting this go on. This person needs help, she can not control herself. She showed no respect, or control for herself, the defendant, or the Bench. She needs help for her mental state of mind and should not be judging other people.

~I’ve never seen a more angry unfair biased Judge. She’s was rude and condescending. The power of her position makes her feel superior. A awful person and horrible Judge. It amazes me that she’s allowed to still preside over cases. A dangerous person to decide the fate of people accused of crimes. As her words stated when a client said not guilty, I beg to differ! What! She needs to be removed from the bench ASAP

Judge Keegan should be disbarred!!! End of story. Get her away from the public. No good will ever come from her. She violates civil rights! I don’t know how she lives with herself.

If I could give a rating of less than '1', I certainly would. Whatever Maureen Keegan is, it is NOT an impartial administrator of justice. I have never seen a greater abuse of discretion by a Judge in my entire lifetime. How this woman holds herself out to be "fair" and "unbiased" is mind boggling. It is quite obvious I am not the only one who has been victimized by her complete disregard for the policies governing Judicial Conduct. She needs to be removed from the bench. She is a disgrace to the Connecticut Criminal Justice system, and to Catholics everywhere. Judge Keegan operates under the assumption of guilty until proven innocent. She is a disgrace to the justice system and will have anyone not believe in fair and equal treatment. She will ruin a life without listening to reason like not a threat to community, no priors, holds down a fulltime job, goes to school. She will strip all of that away and put a person under house arrest in a state they don’t even live due to her lack of understanding. She’s to busy pushing paper to the clerks to even listen. Her mind is made up before entering court. She states she is a woman of catholic faith - instead she’s the devil.

She is the most biased judge I have ever witnessed. She is rude to the defendants, puts the law in her own hands and it not even handed at all. I am surprised she is even given this honor to uphold the law as she completely fails in this regard. A bail is posted and she completely ignores it without all the facts. Totally a miscarriage of justice to have her on the bench.
